Toronto Top Team Takes Martial Arts Training to a New Level

Muay Thai is a hard-hitting style that originated in Thailand.  It’s well known for using shins as a main contact point for striking.  Muay Thai is physically exhausting and will sweat pounds off of anyone.  With constant punching, blocking, kicking and movement it provides one of the best cardio workouts you can get.
