(Newswire.net — July 12, 2018) — Staying on top of the your game in the food and hospitality industry is a tough game. Whether you’re running a family restaurant or a huge hotel chain, staying ahead of the latest trends is crucial and can affect your brand’s impact in the long run.

Being in the food and hospitality scene is both exhausting and exciting and the window of opportunity to get ahead is always slim.

And with all that, Riot Hospitality Group (RHG) continues to evolve with the ever-changing landscape of the F&H industry, keeping true to its very straightforward, no nonsense mission: to make every single hospitality experience better than the last.

Grassroots Beginnings

With headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, RHG was launched simply through its founders’ dedication to providing a unique and meaningful food and hospitality experience.

RHG’s founding partner and CEO Ryan Hibbert built his management team by handpicking people who have true passion for the industry. His vision of expanding the RHG brand nationwide started off from the inside out. By investing on a company culture that revolves around valuing its employees, he is able to inspire, motivate and drive the RHG brand as they continue to develop and serve up new concepts in the restaurant scene and grow as a brand.

Execution is Key

Following a business philosophy where he proceeds to set the tone for its targeted market rather than following industry trends, Hibbert is able to differentiate the RHG brand from his competitors.

Anyone who has worked and is still deeply involved in the food and hospitality industry would always focus on customer service and food quality. Hibbert on the other hand does all these things, but with an amped up level of execution. By simply not sticking solely on what is trending and current in the industry, he also focuses on setting a level of service that instantaneously becomes an industry standard. This sort of execution is what drives others in the food and hospitality industry to try to emulate.

Going hand in hand with its flawless execution of its concepts, the RHG brand has also managed to touch on an important element in the food and hospitality industry that is so often overlooked. With a touch of pure genius, Hibbert has touched on a unique way of building brand loyalty that can only be brought about through a deeply involved community. By prioritizing what local residents may want to feel like when they step into one of the group’s many restaurants, he’s able to create an ambiance of belonging. This then translates to a level of dining experience that gives diners a reason to keep coming back and patronize the brand.

A perfect showcase of how RHG took into huge consideration the community where its restaurant is located would be how they remodeled its El Hefe Scottsdale.

Staying true to its commitment of setting standards while incorporating the community, El Hefe Scottsdale was remodeled to house a 3,800-square-foot taco restaurant, bar and DJ booth right smack in the entertainment district of Scottsdale. The remodeling was their way of aligning themselves with other recently renovated and constructed restaurants and bars in the area.

As the entertainment and dining landscape evolved in the area, the remodeling project was easily geared towards fitting while still standing out. Other than a 70-foot front canopy that seamlessly created a promenade effect, El Hefe housed new tech as well right from its 90-foot HD projection wall that allows for a peerless viewing experience. All these, plus RHG’s seamless customer service and dining execution, allowed the people a taste of Old Town’s enjoyable nightlife experience.

One other example of RHG’s impeccable execution of combining experience with good food and ambiance is the opening of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row Restaurant in downtown Gilbert May of last year.

Continuing on its path of achieving that wow factor once it opened its doors, RHG delivered a venue where patrons can dine, play and enjoy good music like it’s the norm. Geared towards a night-driven market that may still involve families, RHG flawlessly opened a restaurant trendy enough to target millennials but still decent enough for a weekend dinner with the kids.

The Gilbert’s Heritage District Whiskey Row branch is another perfect example of how RHG took into huge consideration the community where it is located, while still staying true to what Whiskey Row is known for – live music in the weekends, a venue to watch games, and in this case the first Dierks Bentley restaurant that actually offers a kids menu.

With several community involvements geared towards helping non profits, foundations and medical groups alike, the RHG brand continue to push the bar when it comes to marrying business and community.

Further, for the last six years, the brand has received several awards and accolades both for its premiere dining and customer service offerings. In 2017, the Riot Hospitality Group won the prestigious Best Restaurant Group.
