(Newswire.net — July 20, 2018) Orlando, FL — In the United States alone, the rate of heart disease continues to increase. There are many factors believed to contribute to this condition, and one is weight.

In a new research, the investigators found that obesity that results from a high-fat diet has a potential to trigger the immune system in increasing inflammation.

According to scientists, it also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. This may potentially lead to stroke and heart attack.

It was funded by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and led by Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) in the United Kingdom.

This interesting study was also published in the Cell Metabolism journal.

The investigators found that study participants with more fat around the middle had increased levels of inflammation immune cells. This was found superior over those with fat on their thighs and buttocks.

“A direct link between the food we eat, our weight, and dangerous inflammation which can cause heart disease,” says corresponding author Federica Marelli-Berg, a BHF professor of cardiovascular immunology at QMUL.

The researchers suggest that these results could aid in the development of new treatments that may decrease heart disease risk, which may be made by targeting inflammation.

In the United States, it has been found that over two thirds of adults are overweight or obese. Extra pounds may result from long-term consumption of an amount of calories that is more than the body burns.

Some of the factors that contribute to weight gain are lifestyle and dietary habits, stress, income and genes.

Weight loss can be extremely difficult, and many people even struggle to maintain a healthy weight. While losing extra pounds can’t be done overnight, there are ways to speed up the process.

One is to use B vitamins, which have been found to aid in weight loss due to their ability to help in metabolizing fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. This means they aid in converting food into energy.

What makes B vitamins even more beneficial is that they aid in appetite control. The deficiency in these vitamins has even been linked with obesity. In addition to the potential role they could play for weight loss, B vitamins also offer many health benefits.

There are B vitamins that aid in controlling fat metabolism and digestion. A B vitamin called folate aids in reducing the risk of heart disease.

To experience the therapeutic goodness of these nutrients, it is wise to take into account the use of Divine Bounty B Vitamin Complex. This highly potent and pure formula is loaded with the weight-loss, health-enhancing, disease-fighting benefits of B vitamins.
