(Newswire.net — August 21, 2018) Orlando, FL — Health organizations have long been reminding the public to get a decent sleep. While sleep is free, it is something that many people are unable to get good of.

Scientists from Aarhus University conducted a study. They found that individuals with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD) often lack levels of dopamine. They are further found to have a form of inflammation in the brain.

According to investigators, this may only mean that they are potentially at an increased risk of dementia or Parkinson’s disease once they get older. It could be a sign of a disorder linked with brain diseases.

They actually studied the nerve cells in the brain that produce dopamine as well as those that participate in the immune system of the brain in individuals with RBD.

They found that RBD sufferers have a risk of developing Parkinson’s disease or dementia in the future. This is possibly due to the fact that they are already suffering from a lack of dopamine in the brain.

The findings have just been published in the neurological journal The Lancet Neurology.

This study showed that Parkinson’s disease happens because the group of brain nerve cells already stopped working. These cells take care of producing dopamine.

It is worth mentioning that the RBD sleep disorder pertains to disturbance in the duration of the sleep where dreams take place. During dream sleep, healthy individuals are often relaxed and they tend to lie still.

For those with RBD, they tend to live out their dreams, which means they can kick or shout while sleeping.

Morten Gersel Stokholm from Aarhus University and the PET Centre at Aarhus University Hospital, one of the researchers, says that these are those that have inflammation in the brain area where there are dopamine-producing nerve cells.

There are natural remedies believed to offer nutritional support against Parkinson’s disease. One is Rhodiola Rosea, which is believed to offer a range of therapeutic benefits.

Scientists at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences assessed a multi-herb preparation, which includes rhodiola rosea. It was found that immune function, antioxidant levels, and hormone levels stayed in normal proportions.

Findings suggest that this natural remedy may be useful for potential future management of Parkinson’s disease.

This natural remedy is widely consumed nowadays through supplementation for preventive health purposes.

Divine Bounty Rhodiola Rosea is one of the formulas that consumers may use. It is popularized widely by its high potency, and is crafted in an FDA-inspected facility in the United States.
