(Newswire.net — June 10, 2019) Orlando, FL — Antibiotics are widely prescribed by physicians for individuals who struggle from infections. While this type of medication is helpful, it appears that its benefits come with a price.

The World Health Organization has revealed a report from its Global Antimicrobial Surveillance System (GLASS).

It is worth mentioning the GLASS has a goal to enhance systems in global antimicrobial resistance monitoring.

The report from GLASS reveals that there are high levels of antibiotic resistance in human pathogens from around the world. In was in 2015 that GLASS was organized.

Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae, followed by Salmonella spp are the most commonly reported resistant bacteria.

The report also stated that between 8 percent to 65 percent of E.coli linked with urinary tract infections exhibited resistance to a commonly used antibiotic for UTIs.According to Dr Marc Sprenger, director of WHO’s Antimicrobial Resistance Secretariat, some of the most dangerous, common infections in the world are proving drug-resistant.

In some studies, it has been found that urinary tract infections are responsible for the increasing use of antibiotics. This type of medication is widely used by and even prescribed to sufferers of UTIs.

It is normally the medication prescribed by doctors. It works by killing the E.coli bacteria that latches on the cells of the urinary tract. When it does, it starts causing an infection.

Antibiotics works wonders in killing such bacteria. However, it is also important to remember this type of medication also kills the good bacteria, which is needed by the body. This medication, when misused or overused, increases the risk of antibiotic resistance. This drug resistance problem continues alarm many health organizations from around the world.

More studies are still underway to explore more of how prevalent antibiotic resistance is and how it can be resolved. Urinary tract infections can be prevented by doing some measures, which include drinking more water.

According to experts, water helps in flushing bacteria from the system. It is always best to prevent UTIs rather than use antibiotics to treat it. There are natural remedies like D-mannose believed to be a safer alternative to antibiotics.

It is thought to be useful in preventing or treating such an infection. It works by sticking to the bacteria and prevent it from causing an infection. D-mannose is gaining more and more attention due to its positive effects against UTIs.

To experience its benefits, it is wise to take into account the use of Divine Bounty D-mannose. This amazing formula is highly potent, and is crafted carefully in an FDA-inspected facility in the United States.
