(Newswire.net — April 24, 2020) Orlando, FL — Migraine medications are undeniably useful for individuals who suffer from this type of headache. However, it is worth mentioning that habit improvements could work wonders in alleviating pain and other symptoms.

According to health care providers, these healthy habits may prevent migraines and reduce the need for medications. It is important to be warn that the use of these medications are often linked with adverse effects.

Research has shown that improving hydration is one of the keys. This has been found to be significantly helpful in balancing fluid intake and fluid loss on a daily basis. A majority of individuals with migraine actually are clueless of how dehydrated they are.

Experts further recommend improving sleep quantity and quality and maintaining consistency in the sleep/wake cycle. Some of the best tricks is to have a consistent pre-bed routine and avoiding some activities and objects that could stimulate the brain.

Making some dietary changes may be helpful, and this can particularly include avoiding foods with artificial additives, pesticides, GMOs, and preservatives.

Getting relief from a migraine may be potentially made through the use of magnesium, which has long been reputed to be a powerful healing macromineral.

Dr. Alexander Mauskop, Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and head of the New York Headache Center, published an expert review on the role magnesium play in the prevention and treatment of migraine.

He was accompanied by his colleague Dr. Sun-Edelstein.

Research has found that magnesium is a simple, inexpensive, safe and well-tolerated acute and preventive treatment for headache. Magnesium orally consumed and intravenously administered are found to be similarly helpful.

In two double-blind, placebo controlled studies, it has been found that magnesium indeed helped prevent migraines and reduced pain. It involved women with menstrual migraines who achieved improvement in their pain and headache by consuming 360 mg of magnesium every day.

A larger controlled study has shown that its 600 mg use led to a decrease in attack frequency of more than 41 percent. The placebo group, on the other hand, only had a 16 percent reduction.

More studies are still underway to validate its healing benefits. However, its use is widespread due to its importance in fighting diseases and enhancing overall health.

Purest Vantage Magnesium Oil is a helpful source of this macromineral. It enters the body via the skin, and may be helpful in reducing the risk of magnesium deficiency.

This spray gains increasing attention and trust from consumers due to its remarkable healing benefits (http://amazon.com/Pure-Magnesium-Oil-Spray-Transdermal/dp/B011T9TASI).
