(Newswire.net — July 6, 2020) Orlando, FL — Multiple research studies have long suggested that poor sleep could result in various undesirable health consequences. In a study, it has been found to aggravate tinnitus.

A study was carried out and it found that for individuals with tinnitus, poor sleep makes it harder to manage the condition. It is worth realizing that tinnitus is characterized by chronic ringing, buzzing, hissing or clicking in the head and ears.

The study included 117 tinnitus patients treated at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit between 2009 and 2011.

It is important to stress that the more severe insomnia was, the greater the complaints were about the symptoms of tinnitus. Insomnia severity has also been tied with the worsening of emotional distress.

According to study co-author Dr. Kathleen Yaremchuk, tinnitus involves mental, emotional and psycho-physiological processes, which can result in an increase in a patient’s distress.

Dr. Yaremchuk is chairwoman of the hospital’s ear, nose and throat department, said in a Henry Ford Health System news release.

“Sleep complaints, including insomnia, in these patients may result in a decrease in their tolerance to tinnitus,” she adds.

The findings of this study were presented at the Combined Otolaryngological Spring Meetings in San Diego, Calif.

Unfortunately today, there are quite a number of people who struggle from insomnia. The good news is that some spices like turmeric have been found to naturally work wonders in promoting adequate and quality sleep.

According to research, the curcumin found in turmeric could aid in fighting insomnia. It has anti-inflammatory and detoxifying effects on the liver found to contribute to enhancing sleep quality.

Some experts have long suggested that in many cases, poor quality sleep is due to the fact that the liver needs to detoxify.

Curcumin has been scientifically found helpful for liver cleansing and detoxification. What makes it all the more beneficial is that it could even aid in repairing and regenerating the liver.

A study was carried out in 2008 by the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Panjab University in India.

Curcumin treatment has been found to produce benefits in sleep deprived subjects.

Today, more and more experts recommend the use of this phytochemical for various medicinal purposes. It is even widely consumed via supplementation, such as the use of VitaBreeze Curcumin.

While there are many brands available in the market today, it is worth realizing that this extra-strength formula is known to be superior over other brands. In addition to being highly potent, it is also equipped with black pepper which increases curcumin absorption inside the body (http://amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Complex-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00JA4TLTI/).
