(Newswire.net — July 15, 2020) Orlando, FL — Health authorities have long been stressing the relevance of choosing the right foods, which research has found to play a significant role in immune health.

There are many food choices found to be particularly beneficial for immunity. It is important to realize the body produces a wide range of enzymes that work in breaking down ingested food. In the digestive tract, the mucus barrier works in keeping pathogens out of the system.

The gut also needs to maintain bacterial balance as this helps immune cells. It is recommended to consume foods that have anti-inflammatory properties, which may aid in fighting inflammation.

It is important to realize chronic inflammation has been found to cause the immune system to go overdrive.

Scientists carried out a study, which was published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The findings of this eight week study have revealed that eating whole grains can affect the populations of bacteria living in our gastrointestinal tract. The findings of this study suggest that consumption of whole grains had modest effects on the gut microbiota as well as the measures of immune function.

This is according to senior author Simin Nikbin Meydani, Ph.D., director of the nutritional immunology laboratory at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston.

Scientists have been researching on the possible reasons behind the immunity-boosting benefits of whole grains. It is worth mentioning that this food is particularly high in minerals like magnesium, iron, zinc, and manganese.

Further, it is loaded with B vitamins, such as thiamine, niacin, and folate. Folate is essential for the production as well as the maintenance of the cells of the body. A deficiency in this B vitamin is found to hamper immunity.

Another B vitamin called niacin has also been found helpful for immune system health. One study that says so was published in Science Translational Medicine.

This research was carried out by the member of the Cumming School of Medicine (CSM) at the University of Calgary. Vitamin B3 or niacin has been found to aid in helping immune cells fight a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma.

According to researchers, this has dramatically slowed the advancement of the condition.

These nutrients may also be obtained through supplementation, such as the use of Divine Bounty B Vitamin Complex. It contains Choline, Pantothenic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin, and vitamin B6.

This formula has been widely resorted to by consumers due to its remarkable healing effects. Aside from being highly potent, it is also pure and free from nasties (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B07414752B).
