A Study Has Highlighted 30 Minutes of Exercise a Day as an Effective Weight Loss Strategy

This research tracked 60 moderately overweight men who were striving to lose weight. The subjects were randomly placed into either a moderate or high aerobic exercise group.

It is worth noting that in the high-exercise group, every participant was instructed to exercise hard enough to produce a sweat, like from running or cycling, for 60 minutes a day.

The moderate group, on the other hand, only had to sweat for 30 minutes a day.

After 13 weeks, the study results demonstrated that 30 minutes of daily exercise produced similar or even better results than 60 minutes a day.

The findings of this interesting study were published in the American Journal of Physiology.
