(Newswire.net — March 17, 2021) Orlando, FL — Factors like pollution have long been identified to be contributors of a range of diseases and disorders. It is worth noting that they have also been found to increase the rate of procedures performed in cases of heart issues.

A study has shown that heavily polluted areas compared to those with clean air have a higher rate of angioplasty procedures in treating blocked arteries.

It is further worth mentioning that procedures were found to be more common in winter, which is the most polluted time of the year.

The study selected six unpolluted cities and five polluted ones using the particulate matter (PM) 10 levels published by the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Poland.

It is worth mentioning that the PM10 pertains to particles ten micrometres or less in diameter. The sources of pollutants are industrial processes, such as wood and coal stoves, iron making and quarrying, lawn mowing, dust storms, bushfires, and vehicle exhaust emissions.

The investigators reveal that according to the findings, the incidence of acute coronary syndromes was higher during winter. Experts strongly recommend reducing air pollution to lessen its detrimental effects on heart health.

Today, there are quite a number of experts who strongly recommend taking some helpful measures in enhancing heart health. It is worth realizing that heart disease is a highly preventable condition, and there are all-natural ways to reduce its prevalence.

It is interesting to note that today, some research studies demonstrate certain natural remedies may be useful for heart protection. Probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria, have been extensively studied and found to work wonders in promoting cardiovascular health.

One of the ways these beneficial bacteria promote heart health is their ability to reduce inflammation. It is important to realize inflammation has long been scientifically found to be associated with heart disease.

In a study involving individuals with high cholesterol it has been found that intake of certain probiotics led a significant reduction in the levels of inflammatory chemicals C-reactive protein (CRP) and fibrinogen.

Experts say that this chemical called fibrinogen aids in blood to clot, and may even contribute to plaques in the arteries in heart disease. CRP, on the other hand, is a marker of inflammation.

It is also worth noting that the use of probiotics have further been found helpful in reducing high blood pressure, which is a risk factor of heart disease.

Probotics are actually being widely investigated due to their remarkable healing effects. They are even widely consumed nowadays via supplementation, such as the use of Divine Bounty Digestive Enzymes.
