Kyber Digital, a marketing and business development agency that helps small businesses grow, has launched a new comparative report about project management software solutions for small businesses.

Philadelphia- based marketing and business development firm Kyber Digital has launched a new report comparing commonly used project management software for small businesses.

The new report can be read here: https://www.kyberdigital.com/post/project-management-software-asana-vs-clickup-vs-trello-vs-monday-com

Entitled “What Is The Best Project Management Software? Asana vs ClickUp vs Trello vs Monday.com”, the new report provides small to medium-sized business owners with an in-depth analysis of each software package.

Project management software (PMS) has been used since the 1980s. Since its early inception, PMS solutions have grown into powerful tools capable of managing multiple tasks, resources, and finances. The advent of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing has spawned a new generation of project management applications.

Kyber Digital’s new report explores four of the main cloud-based PMS systems available today, those being Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and Monday.com. It begins by discussing the features of each platform.

Asana is characterized as having a number of useful features, such as tagging, projections, and real-time updates. A weakness identified by Kyber Digital is Asana’s lack of phone support, and the new report suggests this package is suited to task management in medium-sized businesses.

Similar to Asana, the report states that phone support for the Trello platform is not its strong point. Trello does, however, offer a number of powerful features. Kyber Digital suggests that this solution is well-suited to roadmaps and also has industry-leading client-facing options.

Monday.com has the top-rated phone and online support teams. Kyber Digital’s report states that this platform is the most favored of the four systems for project management for any size of business.

Kyber Digital describes ClickUp as “a replacement tool for all other tools.” Phone support is available 24/7, including holidays, and the package has more native integrations than any of the other systems.

Following the description of each PMS solution, Kyber Digital’s new report goes on to provide a detailed analysis and comparison of each including templates, popularity, native integrations, and pricing.

Kyber Digital was established in 2015 to help a plumbing business that was struggling to gain new clients. Within two years, that business had grown from $250,000 a year to over $2 million a year in sales. Since then, Kyber Digital has developed into an account-based marketing agency with the stated aim of helping small and medium businesses grow.
