(Newswire.net — January 12, 2022) Orlando, FL — Hypertension is undeniably prevalent nowadays in many areas around the globe. In the United States, it is considered to be a major risk factor for the major killer called heart disease.

There are medications widely prescribed in the treatment of hypertension. However, it is also worth noting that they present a death risk on their own.

Scientists at the Intermountain Medical Center Heart Institute in Salt Lake City, UT carried out a study.

This study was presented at the 2018 American College of Cardiology (ACC) Scientific Sessions, held in Orlando, FL.

It has been found that people with hypertension who use certain medications to control blood pressure experienced an increase in blood pressure variability.

According to researchers, this increased their mortality risk.

This interesting study was carried out by Dr. Brian Clements and his team.

It is further worth noting that a previous study was published in The BMJ in 2016.

In this research, it has been found that the associated increased variability of systolic blood pressure was linked with a 15 percent increase in all-cause mortality.

More research studies are still being carried out to learn about the effects of blood pressure medications deeper.

In managing healthy blood pressure levels, it is important to remember that some macro minerals like magnesium have been found to work wonders in delivering hypertension-fighting effects.

Multiple research studies have highlighted the therapeutic goodness of this macromineral and why its increased intake is necessary. It is worth being warned that a deficiency in magnesium is associated with the appearance of certain symptoms and diseases.

In some studies, increased intake of magnesium has been found to lower levels of blood pressure.

A study has also shown that intake of 450 mg of magnesium daily led to a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

It is worth realizing that magnesium has been found to have anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsant, hypertension-regulating, diabetes-fighting, bone-health-protecting, neuroprotective, stress-reducing, and mood-boosting potentials.

Scientists say that its hypertension-fighting effects have been found to be noticeable among those with high blood pressure.

Today, there are many people who have reduced levels of magnesium in their blood. It is worth being warned that low levels of this macromineral have long been associated with the increased risk of various symptoms and diseases.

There are many foods found to be excellent sources of this macromineral. However, it is worth noting that there are also supplements available like Divine Bounty Magnesium Citrate formulated for maximum absorption.

Divine Bounty Magnesium Citrate is highly potent and is made carefully in an FDA-inspected facility in the U.S (amazon.com/Divine-Bounty-Magnesium-Citrate-Supplement/dp/B01LYWPNY6).
