(Newswire.net — February 7, 2022) Orlando, FL — An increasing number of studies are looking into the impacts of excess weight on certain aspects of health, such as the heart. Today, experts are strongly warning against obesity as it is found to increase the odds of certain diseases.

A large study was carried out and published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, which is a journal of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).

In this research, it has been found physical activity does nothing to undo the negative impacts of excess body weight on the well-being of the heart.

“One cannot be ‘fat but healthy,” said study author Dr. Alejandro Lucia of the European University, Madrid, Spain.

“This was the first nationwide analysis to show that being regularly active is not likely to eliminate the detrimental health effects of excess body fat. Our findings refute the notion that a physically active lifestyle can completely negate the deleterious effects of overweight and obesity.”

It is important to note that fitness may actually mitigate the negative impacts of excess body weight on heart health. The researchers suggest that in adults and children, being “fat but fit” might be linked with similar cardiovascular health to being “thin but unfit.”

“This has led to controversial proposals for health policies to prioritize physical activity and fitness above weight loss. Our study sought to clarify the links between activity, body weight, and heart health,” said Dr. Lucia.

The research utilized data from 527,662 working adults insured by a large occupational risk prevention company in Spain. The average age of participants was 42 years and 32 percent were women.

Exercise doesn’t appear to compensate for the negative impacts of excess weight. It is worth keeping in mind that fighting obesity and inactivity is equally important.

Experts have time and again stressed the relevance of engaging in exercise activities regularly. This helps in weight management and overall heart health.

It is also worth noting that following a healthy diet is similarly important. There are certain types of food found to produce cardiovascular health benefits.

Some B vitamins are found particularly helpful for heart health protection. These nutrients are important in addressing certain symptoms and inhibiting the onset of certain diseases.

To benefit from the use of these nutrients, it is wise to take into account the use of Divine Bounty B Vitamin Complex.

It contains Choline, Pantothenic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin, and vitamin B6. (amazon.com/dp/B07414752B).
