(Newswire.net — May 23, 2022) Orlando, FL — Heart health issues continue to dominate the headlines as they affect more and more people and claim lives. Scientists are even carrying out research studies to look into why rates stay increasing.

A study was carried out and published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, a journal of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).

This study shows that the number of patients with heart failure on a global scale almost doubled from 33.5 million in 1990 to 64.3 million in 2017.

“Our study challenges the common view that heart disease is fully under control,” said study author Dr. Nicola Bragazzi of York University, Toronto, Canada.

“Despite progress and achievements, the global burden imposed by heart failure is significantly growing,” Bragazzi added.

This analysis utilized data obtained from the Global Burden of Disease Study. The investigators were trying to examine the burden and causes of heart failure from 1990 to 2017 in 195 countries and territories.

The researchers point out some driving forces of the rising prevalence rate of heart failure in the low, low-middle, and middle SDI countries. This is the surge in the risk factors such as diabetes mellitus, obesity, smoking, hypertension, and other unhealthy lifestyles.”

Between 1990 and 2017, almost half of the global increase in the number of heart failure patients was in China (29.9 percent ) and India (16.6 percent).

“An interplay of factors such as population growth, unhealthy behaviors including smoking, and air pollution are likely explanations,” Dr. Braggazi further explained.

It is important to be wary of the symptoms of heart failure as they can be debilitating. These include fatigue, shortness of breath, and fluid retention that may limit one’s ability to stand, walk, or work.

It is worth keeping in mind that hypertensive heart disease, ischaemic heart disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were the top three causes of heart failure.

Today, more and more researchers are investigating the effects of taking some measures to increase heart health protection. There are many ways to do this, and one is to use plant-based remedies like curcumin.

This amazing phytochemical is linked with a myriad of health benefits and is found to exert different mechanisms to protect and enhance heart health.

It may be obtained through the use of formulas like VitaBreeze Curcumin. This formula is widely resorted to nowadays due to its impressive ability to deliver the disease-fighting benefits of curcumin.

VitaBreeze Curcumin is also equipped with black pepper extract, which increases curcumin absorption inside the body (http://www.amazon.com/Turmeric-Curcumin-Complex-Pepper-Extract/dp/B00JA4TLTI/)
