(Newswire.net — June 1, 2022) Orlando, FL — There are quite a number of studies highlighting the health impacts of eating fast food. It is also worth noting that this type of food is thought to be consumed mostly by poorer people.

Interestingly in a new nationwide study involving young baby boomers, it has been found that middle-income Americans were most likely to consume fast food. Further, even the richest people were found to be only slightly less likely to report fast food intake than others.

This debunks the myth that fast food is mostly eaten by the poor.

“It’s not mostly poor people eating fast food in America,” said Jay Zagorsky.

Zagorsky is co-author of the study and research scientist at The Ohio State University’s Center for Human Resource Research. He also has an appointment with the Ohio Education Research Center,

“Rich people may have more eating options, but that’s not stopping them from going to places like McDonald’s or KFC.”

Zagorsky carried out the study with Patricia Smith of the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

This interesting research was published in the Economics and Human Biology journal.

The investigators utilized data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth, which has surveyed the same group of randomly selected Americans since 1979. It is worth noting that the NLSY is conducted by Ohio State’s Center for Human Resource Research.

In this research, Zagorsky and Smith used data from around 8,000 people who were asked about their fast-food intake in the 2008, 2010 and 2012 surveys.

Another key finding was that dramatic changes in income during the four years of study did not affect the eating habits of the respondents.

There have been many studies investigating fast food, especially how it negatively affects health. It is important to keep in mind that fast food is usually loaded with unhealthy ingredients and toxic substances.

Many studies have even shown that the toxins it contains may eventually trigger the onset of various diseases. This is especially true when substances and toxins build up inside the body.

It is vital to reduce the intake of fast food and avoid exposure to toxins. It may also be helpful to have a body cleanse and one effective way to do this is to use activated charcoal.

This therapeutic all-natural ingredient has long been studied due to its remarkable adsorbent surface, which acts as a magnet to toxins and chemicals.

Today, there are many people who resort to the use of formulas like Divine Bounty Activated Charcoal (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071NZ5G57).
