Intake of Fried Food Linked With Increase Heart Disease Risk

The researchers also discovered a linear association between intake of fried food and major cardiovascular events, coronary heart disease, and heart failure.

Some studies included one exclusive type of fried food, such as potatoes, fried fish, or snacks rather than total fried food intake.
