(Newswire.net — June 22, 2022) Orlando, FL — An increasing number of studies are looking into the remedies potentially helpful in the management of osteoarthritis. This condition is not just highly prevalent, but also incurable. It can affect any joint, but most commonly happens in the hips, knees, hands, lower back, and neck.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) predicts that from 54.4 million U.S. adults arthritis could affect 78 million, by 2040. Osteoarthritis affects around 32.5 million people in the U.S. today.

Pain is a major concern for those struggling from this disease. Health authorities warn that those with doctor-diagnosed arthritis actually report more days in the month of poor mental health.

It is important to realize that this condition is linked with other health issues, especially those involving mental health.

As a matter of fact, one third of individuals who have arthritis over the age of 45 suffer from anxiety or depression. There are factors found to influence the link between arthritis and mental health issues.

Experts even say that loneliness and social isolation are quite evident among those with osteoarthritis and some other chronic ailments. Aside from mental health issues, this condition is also notoriously known for the activity limitations it produces.

It has been found that nearly 44 percent of those with arthritis have “arthritis-attributable activity limitations.” This is defined as self-reported limitations in “usual activities” due to arthritis symptoms.

Experts have long been recommending some measures helpful in arthritis management, and one is exercise. It is important to realize that a good exercise program is one that works in battling OA pain and stiffness.

It has four parts namely strengthening exercises, range-of-motion exercises, cardio exercises, and balance exercises. Health authorities have long been stressing that movement is a vital part of an OA treatment plan.

Today, experts are increasingly recommending the use of all-natural remedies for OA pain relief. It is worth noting that in a number of research studies, it has been found remedies like glucosamine is found particularly helpful.

This remedy has long been studied due to its strong arthritis-fighting effects. It is found to reduce pain and inflammation and enhance physical limitations. Glucosamine can even be obtained nowadays through supplementation.

There are other all-natural ingredients scientifically studied due to their arthritis-fighting effects. These include chondroitin that has also been found to help in pain management.

These therapeutic ingredients may be obtained through the use of formulas like Divine Bounty Glucosamine, which is popularized by its high potency and purity (http://amazon.com/Glucosamine-Sulfate-Supplement-2000mg-serving/dp/B0126ZF0B0).
