(Newswire.net — November 29, 2022) Orlando, FL — The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reveals that 30 percent of women between the ages of 40 and 44 experience infertility. Further, it says that the odds of conceiving at any given month also reduce as one gets older.

It is found that infertility rates in women between 15 and 34 years are 7 to 9 percent.

While it gets increasingly harder to get pregnant after the age of 40, it is possible to even without fertility treatment. After 45 years of age, getting pregnant in the absence of fertility treatments may be extremely unlikely.

Today, researchers are increasingly investigating the best steps to enhance fertility. There are foods particularly found helpful in achieving this, and these include oysters. It is worth realizing that oysters appear on nearly every fertility food list.

It is also packed with fertility-boosting nutrients, such as vitamin B12, zinc, selenium, and iron. There are many other foods particularly found beneficial, and one is pomegranate.

According to experts, pomegranates have long been linked with fertility and birth due to their many seeds. Researchers also say that it is actually loaded with antioxidants, which may actually enhance sperm quality.

In a study carried out in 2014 involving 70 adult men, it has been found the use of pomegranate fruit extract and powder of Galanga Root after three months led to an increase in sperm motility by 62 percent. Consumption of walnuts may also be beneficial as they are loaded with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Scientists carried out a study it involved 117 men who were divided into two groups: one would avoid eating tree nuts and another would eat 75 grams of walnuts every day.

It is worth noting that before the start of the experiment and again 12 weeks later, the male subjects provided a semen sample. After 12 weeks, it has been found that those who consumed walnuts experienced an improvement in sperm vitality, movement, and shape.

They were also observed to have fewer chromosomal abnormalities in their sperm samples after eating the walnuts. It is worth noting that the control group experienced no changes.

Some researchers also recommend the intake of certain B vitamins, which have also been linked with a myriad of health benefits.

It contains Choline, Pantothenic acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin, and vitamin B6.

These B vitamins may be obtained through the use of formulas like Purest Vantage B Vitamin Complex (amazon.com/Vitamin-B-Complex-90-Capsules/dp/B0773N3MFK ).
