Management consultancy firm BMK Community updates its Peer Team business building program, now offering three levels of support for MSP owners.

The enhanced services offer a combined model of support, consisting of in-house professional guidance, as well as regular meetings with other MSP business owners. Levels now include the Squad Experience, focused on improving financials, through to the Charge + Experience, covering financials, business performance, evaluation, planning, and training.

As before, BMK Community’s latest Peer Team programs are an opportunity for MSP CEOs to learn from the experience of others, while also offering greater levels of accountability. The three-tier structure offers a more tailored approach, allowing leaders to select the level of support that is most appropriate to their individual needs.

While many entrepreneurs successfully navigate the startup stage, skill deficiencies can become more apparent as their business grows. According to data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 50% of small businesses fail within the first five years, increasing to 70% after ten years.

BMK Community established its Peer Team program to offer the professional support and interaction that many business leaders lack. The recent revisions account for varying skill levels, with the Charge + Experience now offering more comprehensive and regular guidance, including in-person peer team events, bi-weekly destination plan meetings, and access to the BMK Education program.

“BMK Perspective Peer Teams exist to support owners and their businesses,” a company representative explained. “Our overall objective is to increase financial, operational, sales, leadership and ownership knowledge of each business owner through training, consulting and working with other business owners.”
