If a woman is having problems in getting pregnant, the likelihood is that she is diagnosed barren. Due tot his reason, many people start criticizing woman from not being “complete”. Research has shown that infertility is known to exist equally amongst both women and men. It is said that problems with infertility are 35 % to 40% due to woman, 35% to 40% due to men and the remainder due to other anonymous problems.
The fertilization part in a man is known to be quite remarkable. It is said that a man is known to ejaculate around 200 million sperms. As many of you already may be aware, out of these 200 million sperms there are a limited number that are healthy enough to fertilize the egg. In this case of a man the amount of sperm will vary anywhere between 15 to 45 million. Unfortunately only 400 of them are able to reach the egg in the woman’s womb. Due to the toxic surroundings in a woman’s vagina region, there is only one sperm that is able to win the race at the end. This single sperm is known to fertilize the egg which in result forms a tough outer layer around the egg.
The main causes that have circulated around male infertility include a low sperm count, reduced sperm movement and other various factors relating to the semen.
Even though knowing the reasons behind infertility is quite straight forward, this is not the case when it comes to finding the causes. There is no specific cause that can be found to date. Most specialists have narrowed it down to a number of different factors that include ones lifestyle, inheritance and many more. There are certain things a man can do to possibly overcome these issues. This would mainly consist of a life style change at most. Even though this is a more a general cure, there are others that are more specific. Those include stopping smoking and marijuana. It has been proven that those whom smoke are naturally known to have a low sperm count and abnormal developed sperm. Other precautions that you would have to keep in mind include reducing your drink content. Even though it may not seem apparent, but drinking regularly is known to reduce the amount of sperm that a man can produce. Other issues are also related to being overweight. Having excess body fat is known to reduce hormones in your body that are related to your sperm production.
There are a number of ways through which you can counter this problem. Ideally you would be looking at doing some form of regular exercise in moderation. Don’t go all out extreme as that in result can reduce your testosterone level even more. Try not talking any pills such as steroids etc. instead try looking for natural vitamins and zinc as these have proven to help. Also try avoiding being exposed to toxic situations such as petrol, smoke, pollution etc.
