Lisa O’Dell is an entrepreneur and expert in leveraging crowd souricing in the field of skin care. She has developed a number of businesses over the past few years. She has significant experience in developing a platform for marketing different brands and products. Her 20 years of experience in the personal care industry has earned her a distinguished name in the development of business firms. Her specialties include business development, with long-term growth, marketing, sales, leads, advertising, promotion, and sustainability planning strategies and methodology techniques.

She has been a founder of a number of businesses over the passage of time and in the duration of gaining her valuable experience, has worked in a number of significant positions. Perhaps this is the reason why they have also been able to avoid negative advertising. Lisa O’Rell worked in this company from 2001 to 2004. During her tenure, she managed the 20-year-old company’s foundational territory or home office. In her time, she developed the organization’s growth sequential and increased its profits by 20% each year. By pioneering a “territory refinement program” she proactively closed all underperforming accounts. She is responsible for up to four large undergraduate school accounts, which provide product education, treatment education, with training for Dermalogica/International Dermal Institute corporate events and trade shows.

From 2005 to 2008 she worked as an Account Pioneer at SoCall & Hawaii, Corporate P .R. and Marketing Intraceuticals, LLC. Prior to development of SM, Lisa pioneered U.S. territory for Australian oxygen equipment distributor and manufacturer. She designed, pitched and won prestigious placement in the 58th Annual Prime Time Emmy Nominee Gift Bag in the coursework of Intraceuticals.

She also worked with the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences to design promotion materials and gift packaging. Lisa O’Rell also coordinated with prestigious dermatologists and spa treatment providers in Los Angeles and New York to provide Emmy Nominee and Award Recipients with treatments and product reimbursement by the organization.

She has a registered patent with government under the USPA which is the “Method and System for Skincare Analysis” on United States Patent Application US 61/510,327 which has been filed in July 21, 2011.

From 2007 to present, she has been working as a co-founder at SkinMetro. SkinMetro empowers status skincare brands to engage and connect via crowd sourcing with consumers through information-driven luxury shopping experiences. A proprietary program uncovers each consumer’s unique skin type and conditions and delivers targeted, brand-specific purchase recommendations, which inspires consumer confidence and builds brand value.
