(Newswire.net — 10, January, 2013) Tampa, FL. — Recent census polls indicate that the Southeastern region of the United States, Tampa, Florida in particular, is quickly becoming the most popular destination for new immigrants. With attempts to gain citizenship come certain hurdles to overcome. Those aspiring to become citizens of the United States are generally informed that they need to follow eight steps, in order to obtain their citizenship. They must first find out if they are eligible to become a citizen. Then, they need to collect the required paperwork, acquire a recent photograph and send in their documents, photograph application and fees to a service center. After their application process begins, they must be fingerprinted and interviewed before receiving a decision and taking the citizenship oath. One point that many who are seeking citizenship fail to realize is that they must undergo Immigration physicals as well. In an effort to increase awareness and accommodate potential citizens, Immigration Exams of Tampa has launched a new Immigration Exams website.

Adam Webster, spokesperson for Immigration Exams of Tampa, explained, “Our professional, bilingual staff is qualified and certified to assist immigrants with ensuring that they have their INS forms accurately completed, and that they have any necessary medical waivers and emergency medical assistance. Additionally, our Dr. Joseph Rashkin is a U.S. Civil Surgeon who has been authorized by the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services to conduct Employment Physicals and School Physicals for the Department of Homeland Security.”

Webster continued, “Our basic physical exams include the required blood work, tuberculosis skin testing, vaccination status verification, copies of lab results and a certified, sealed I-693 form. The fee for this exam is $95.00, but any additional vaccines that may be necessary are not included in the price of the exam. We can, however, provide these vaccines for an additional charge. We encourage our clients to call before their exams, in order to find out the prices of any vaccines they may need, and bring payment for these vaccines with them at the time of their exam. Our clients should also be sure to bring a valid, government issued picture identification, like a driver’s license or a passport and proof of prior vaccinations with them to their exam or physical.”
