With the reality television dominating our media coverage, culinary and cooking shows are developing all over the world whether they be the Food Network or the Travel Channel,  however most significant to this broadcasting is the showcasing of real and creative cooking from those that embrace the various nuances of delicious cuisine.  Mexican cooking is one of the great flavors utilizing natural and fragrant herbs, spices, and vegetation.  It is this aspect of the different types of Mexican cooking that makes it exciting and fun to experience.  Different parts of Mexico, like many other countries with vast geographic terrain and weather, have evolved unique cooking techniques and ingredients.  With some coastal shores capitalizing on the seafood that is indigenously local while inland areas have their own local favorite meats and vegetables, there is quite a disparity that can be found at the Mexican dining room table.
