To spearhead the new project “Daisy,” Iovine has named Ian Rogers to the position of CEO.

Rogers will also take over the reins of MOG, which was purchased in 2012 by Beats. MOG is instrumental in music streaming services.
Solo Beats Headphones are one of Beats’ flagship products and has recently been gaining a large market share among the younger generation.
Their plan is to launch the new enterprise, “Daisy,” late in 2013 and will be independent from Beats Electronics, LLC. Project Daisy will benefit from the experience and knowledge of music business great, Trent Reznor. Reznor has been appointed Chief Creative Officer of “Daisy.”
