JJ Calibrations Service Gets the “A” Grade

(Newswire.net — March, 7, 2013) Portland, OR – JJ Calibrations recently tallied the results from their customer service survey in January 2013 and received a grade 91% in overall satisfaction.

Quality Manager Eric Johansen shared his thoughts on why meeting customer satisfaction is important to their success. “Our customers rely on the calibration services we provide to ensure that their manufacturing and testing processes are traceable and internationally recognized. Also this survey allows them to communicate with JJ Calibrations about their current and future calibration needs.”

Johansen added, “We send out surveys every 6 months to assess ourselves. Our customers let us know how we are doing – good or bad – and we appreciate all the feedback. It only makes us better.”

The survey also included other important metrics as follows;

          Overall Service               91%
          Technical Services           92%
          Response to Complaints  90%
          Continue to Use              96%
          Likely to Recommend      93%

Johansen continued, “We are extremely pleased that 93% of our customers are likely to recommend us! We would like it to be 100% but understand that we just simply can’t please everyone.”
