(Newswire.net — May 8, 2013) Loa Angeles, CA — Golf students in the So. Calif. and Los Angeles area who attended a golf school over the last several years were surveyed in January, choose and nominated Bob Cisco as one of the best all time overall instructors in their area to Golf Digest’s Magazine list of top teaching instructors.

The golf instructional survey asked students to describe instructors they have gone to, their various skills, and ability to teach golf skills that are simple and understandable. This also included communication skills and the ease of duplicating what difficulties students were having. Bob Cisco scored one of the highest scores in the area of instructor skills on the survey poll that noted key attributes and skill levels. And as a result selected as a top golf teacher pick to Golf Digest Magazine.

Cisco is a veteran golf teaching professional in the Los Angeles area who has taught for over thirty years,  is a master golf instructor, He is also known as the former co-host and director of instruction at the “All About Golf Radio” Show (Tee It Up Golf). He has taught over 45,000 hours of teaching students at all levels including pro golfers on all three major PGA tours. He is the author of several published instructional books including his best seller, Ultimate Game of Golf, Ultimate Putting, How to Master the Art of Putting, and his most recent book, Perfect Balance, Your Key to Consistency and Shot-making in Golf. The founder of Ultimate Golf Schools in the Los Angeles area, Cisco recently announced the relaunch of his golf schools to help students play better golf with his short game boot camp, effortless power, and mental game workshops. He commented that seeing golfers improve in their golf skills, lower their handicapis a real joy for him and keeps him excited in teaching students.

One key observation Csco has noticed is that golfers haven’t lost their desire or enthusiasm to play better golf despite the issues with the economy and golf courses trimming their course operational budgets. He also felt the game really needs a resurgence with top players like Tiger Woods and Ernie Els and that’s what brings not only fans to the events more, but new golfers taking up the game.

A free golf clinic and open house is planned for golfers on Saturday May 18th, at the Los Amigos G.C. in Downey to test-drive his golf teaching methods and discoveries from his new golf book, Perfect Balance Golf.  The clinic is scheduled from 11 AM to 12 o’clock at the golf learning center there.
