(Newswire.net – March 20, 2013) Jasper, GA – Fatz Café in Jasper, Georgia joins The Bent Tree Foundation in hosting a pancake breakfast fundraiser Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 7:30-10:30 a.m.. Flapjacks for the Foundation event proceeds will go to the Scholarship/Teacher Grant Program and the Animal Care Fund, charitable organizations serving the local community.
Fatz Café, located at 800 Noah Drive in Jasper, GA, demonstrates its commitment to the local communities it serves by providing non-profit organizations a venue for fundraising breakfasts on specified Saturday mornings before normal operation hours. The Bent Tree Foundation has hosted fundraiser breakfasts at Fatz Café in the past and is pleased to have that opportunity again this year.
The fundraiser breakfast will include pancakes, sausage links, fruit cup, coffee, tea, and other beverage choices. Tickets are $10, and children under age 6 eat for free. This year’s donations to the Scholarship/Teacher Grant Program and the Animal Care Fund will come from ticket sales, raffle tickets, and donations made at the door. The grand prize in this year’s raffle will be a Kindle. A Nikon 16 MP digital camera and other prizes will also be awarded during the raffle. Raffle tickets are $5 for five entries, and $20 for twenty-five entries. Winners do not need to be present at the event to win.
