(Newswire.net — March 26, 2013) Frisco, TX — Texas Best BBQ Restaurant, 3 Stacks Tap and Smoke House, delivers Texas BBQ with a new twist, ushering in a new era in Texas BBQ. Upon entering the establishment, you are immediately tantalized with the amazing smells of freshly cooked Texas BBQ with all the fixings mixing it into a yummy aroma that made me want to get a plate. I had not even tried the food and already knew this new Frisco restaurant will quickly be added to the Best Texas BBQ list.
Upon gazing at the menu, it was apparent I was in trouble from the start. 3 Stacks Smoke and Tap House boasts so many great combinations, I knew I would be back before I even tasted my first bite. From delicious traditional Texas BBQ to some new fangled flair, the choices are enough to please anyone. My short list was the Black Angus Brisket, the Slow Roasted Pulled Pork and the Texas Best Beef Short Ribs. I ultimately went with the Texas Best BBQ Beef Short Ribs, and they did not disappoint. The ribs were succulent, tasty and the fell right off the bone. It’s no wonder that one of the owners, Trace Arnold, is called the Rib Whisperer.
I also tried a few extra sides, in the name of journalism. My favorites hands down, the 6 Cheese Mac & Cheese, was simply heavenly. Rich creamy cheese sauce with a nice twist. I was told the recipe is a secret after trying to wrangle it from Trace. Don’t miss out on the cabernet mushrooms, these are another excellent choice that pair with many of the meats on the menu.
We could not put this restaurant in the category of Texas Best BBQ Restaurant without mentioning that they have 36 beers on tap. And if you are not sure which one to order, these guys did a bunch of research and testing to ensure that their recommended pairings do not disappoint.
While I am not a “BBQ Expert” I can say that this new Frisco BBQ addition is going to be a hit. And for me, they have won me over and I already think 3 Stacks Smoke & Tap House is the Best Texas BBQ Restaurant I have ever been to. I will be back again real soon to eat some great Texas BBQ in a great atmosphere.
