.(Newswire.net— October 15, 2013) Lake Macquarie, NSW – The new PRDnationwide Lake Macquarie office was officially opened in August as an expansion relocation to serve clients in the entire Lake Macquarie local government area.
PRD Lake Macquarie, which previously had an office at Speers Point, will now operate from the hub of Eastern Lake Macquarie. As a result, its services will be extended down to Cams Wharf, over to Redhead and Dudley Beaches and out to Toronto and its surroundings.
Situated in a prime location, the new office, which was previously a real estate office many years ago, is well-equipped with the latest IT equipment and digital property displays. Available and sold properties are displayed, attracting a lot of attention from passersby in the high foot-traffic area.
The Lake Macquarie office is fresh and full of colour, with lots of local scenery. It shares a database with the PRDnationwide Newcastle office and will therefore be in a position to pull buyers from suburbs that other real estate agents in the area cannot.
Mark Kentwell, who is the Director of PRDnationwide, is also the majority owner at Lake Macquarie, while Jeff Sansom and Paul McAllister are partners. Sansom is also the Lake Macquarie Sales Manager for PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. McAllister is the Group Sales Operations Manager for PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
Joining the Lake Macquarie team are Troy Reeves and Luke Surman, two prominent and successful real estate agents from the area. In total, the office will have a team of eight, with a capacity to add 4 more agents or buyer managers.
