(Newswire.net — November 28, 2013)  Caringbah, New South Wales — Before Kim Kardashian can walk down the aisle she will have to dismantle one last curve ball served up from her husband-to-be and father of new born. The one time reality television star has been backed into a corner with a few unusual prenup requests.

The most unusual request that has been leaked to the media involved Kim Kardashian agreeing not to go under the knife and getting any form of cosmetic surgery unless it was determined as a life or death matter. These claims have almost certainly confirmed earlier cosmetic surgery rumours that Kim had work done cosmetically after giving birth to North West.

The unusual request has been revealed by Kanye’s inner circle as a gesture of love rather than an attempt to restrict the Kardashian. Kanye’s mother passed away tragically after having complications following a standard liposuction. Sources reveal that Kanye has since been against plastic surgery and does not want to go through any unnecessary drama with Kim, however the soon to be wed mom has other plans.

Kim originally planned to shop around for an international surgeon, even with rumours that one of her close friends had found a revered cosmetic surgeon, Sydney based however the surgeon has since denied those claims.

Sydney’s leading cosmetic surgeon Sam Bostros says, “I believe that plastic surgery isn’t something to be done on a whim. Most of my clients come in and have been contemplating the procedure for a while and understand that it is something that can dramatically change the way they see themselves. The majority of them attribute the procedure as something that has given them that little bit of confidence, a part of them that they felt was missing.

“I think that Kim Kardashian is a striking young woman and that her nose doesn’t need any altering. I think Kanye has added a very unusual clause but I understand where he’s coming from.”

It has been estimated that one in six women in Sydney have experience some form of cosmetic surgery with Sydney being labeled as the popular location to receive surgery in Australia.
