When you hear “all-inclusive”, many US citizens wonder what that means. Well, it means just that. For the price of the room, all meals and drinks are on the house! That certainly takes much of the hassle out of vacationing.

And with five restaurants and bars providing a multitude of international cuisines, you can munch and slurp on the unlimited food and beverages from sunrise to sunset.

And let’s talk about that sunrise. This is a place where the sun rise is over the Pacific Ocean! Truly magnificent and magical!

And after watching the sunrise, how about following with a refreshing dip in the warm waters of the Pacific? Follow that up with a stroll on the beach. The beach is truly stunning as the resort sits midway between two breakwaters to the east and west that seem to make the white sand just pile up for your pleasure.

If the ocean isn’t your style, then you can rejuvenate poolside under a spacious cabana at one of three sparkling pools, including a large infinity pool.

Fortunately for those that hope to burn off some of the excess calories that you will consume here, there is a fitness center complete with weights, elliptical machines and treadmills. You can also participate in yoga classes or even chill out with a massage.

The resort is family friendly with plenty of activities as well as an arcade room for the kids.

Water sport enthusiasts will not be disappointed as there are boat rides, para-sail adventures or event rent a jet-ski.

If you are a land lubber, you can also put yourself on a quad and go motoring on the beach. Or check out the Jungle Jeep Adventure for a ride in the mountain jungle where you are the driver.

Each of the resort’s 211 airy, contemporary guest rooms has been designed for the ultimate in tranquility and comfort, and features a unique fusion of warm and cool hues, tropical contemporary styling and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. Guests staying in deluxe rooms enjoy modern amenities like a 32-inch flat panel TV, free Wi-Fi, plush bedding, rainfall showerhead and upscale amenities. Guests upgrading to a one-bedroom suite experience the benefit of additional living space, complete with kitchenette and sleeper sofa as well as a private balcony with views of the beach club or the ocean. Those wishing to indulge in ultimate pampering will revel in the delights of the Penthouse suites, with two bedrooms, a separate living room with full kitchenette and two balconies with dazzling ocean views.

The resort is also a great place to hold your next convention having a unique blend of indoor and outdoor meeting areas with over 7,570 square feet of meeting space including a beautiful Gazebo Oceanfront area and a 5,450 square foot Ocean Ballroom that accommodates up to 250 people for a banquet or 600 for a reception.

Possibly the only downside (depending on your perspective) is that the Wyndham Grand Playa Blanca is 90 minutes to the west of Panama City. But that will soon change.

The airport in Rio Hato should open to international traffic in February 2014 and the resort is already making plans for the influx of new guests with easier access.

To accommodate the excepted increase in traffic, the hotel is actively expanding with a new project including permanent residences and additional hotel suites that you can own and earn an income stream called Aqua.

Don’t delay. Make your reservation today!
