(Newswire.net — January 24, 2014) Salt Lake City, Utah — Aviacode, innovative leader of technology-enabled medical coding services, announced the appointment of Colette Weston as Vice President, Client Services. Weston joined the company from ADP AdvancedMD, where she worked since its early, start-up phase. Over seven years, she built customer service implementation, training, and support teams and recently filled a product management role in building products and services to assist ambulatory physicians’ businesses.
Prior to ADP AdvancedMD, Colette began her healthcare career as a Travelers Insurance claims processor. Also, she managed a billing service for 200 of the University of Utah Community Clinic physicians, managed a family practice clinic, provided implementation and training for medical billing software, and performed editing for a medical necessity review service.
Weston and her team will be responsible for new customer on-boarding, client interface development, data validation, internal and external helpdesk support, account management, and software customer support.
