Mercedes have not been very informative when it comes to details on their latest and greatest AMG GT. The company claims that this is “The best-looking Mercedes ever”. It’s no suprise that this new car really is a hot looking work of art and to add to it’s stylish and sleek looks the specs of the car are nothing to frown at.

This car will be coming equipped with a breath taking twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine alongside all the usual impressive Mercedes AMG bells and whistles.

Top gear have reported that the AMG GT will now be coming in a black series. Speaking at the Geneva Motor Show, AMG chief Tobias Moers told TG that “The new sports car which is in a new segment – price wise it’s lower than the SLS – gives us a lot of room for spreading the portfolio out. A much wider range of models”. If AMG decide to go ahead with the black series there should be other significant modification being made to the car such as weight reduction which will be far great than the current stock models, new interior features and black carbon-fibre parts.

It goes without saying it looks to be an interesting future for Mercedes AMG services especially with these latest talks of bringing out the new AMG GT in black. This news is welcome to many of AMG’s wealthy customers but on the other hand AMG’s competitors better watch out for this release and get back to the drawing board quickly if they want to compete against this new mean machine.
