On Wednesday June 25, 2014 the doors of the new office at 76 Holland Street West opened to welcome guests and friends. Bradford Family Dentistry has undergone a complete transformation that you have to see to believe.
Andrew Hamilton, Director of Marketing for Bradford Family Dentistry said, “Our old facilities were getting far too crowded and our regular guests were telling us we needed to expand … so we took that to heart.”
Dr. Chai had envisioned a family dental practice where people felt comfortable and were actually able to enjoy the experience. When a guest enters the front door, they are greeted by one of the amazing team members and a six foot four inch Darth Vader. After being checked in, the guest is invited to sit in the spacious reception room.
“It all comes down to wanting to provide something greater for my community,” said Dr. Chai. “The service and atmosphere that our guests will experience needs to be five times better than any other dental experience they’ve had in the past. Our goal is to make our guests comfortable, entertained and relaxed all while getting the best dental care possible.”

Although the office is now open and receiving new patients, the official Grand Opening will take place on Saturday August 16 during the towns world famous CarrotFest Celebration. There will be a Costume contest for girls and boys, great prize give-a-ways, activities and of course, lots of things to see and do.
