(Newswire.net — July 17, 2014) Sydney, NSW — Peter Ivett, Managing Director of Vivente Australia and Leadership Development expert was one of five alumni welcomed into the AIESEC Hall of Fame at a Gala Dinner in Sydney, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the organisation in Australia.
AIESEC, is the world’s largest youth-run organisation impacting the world through leadership development experiences and is present in over 124 countries with over 86,000 members in 2,400 universities. AIESEC has been facilitating youth leadership activities as well as international internships and volunteer experiences for over 65 years, developing a global learning environment. AIESEC’s vision is: “Peace and fulfilment of humankind’s potential”.
Ivett through Viventé Australia, has had a 17 year association with AIESEC providing leadership and management development, and coaching for the student member committee who are elected to lead and manage AIESEC in Australia each year. Peter Ivett provides his services pro bono as Viventé Australia’s contribution to creating leaders of the future.

This is the second time AIESEC has recognised Ivett’s skills contribution to the organisation. In 2007 he received an AIESEC International Contribution Award.
