For current and future Ross Environmental customers, that can only mean one thing – better pest management with every call.
The course, titled Introduction to Urban and Industrial IPM is a distance learning course that can between 80-100 hours to complete. It covers topics such as insect identification, the safe use of pesticides, and how to manage all sorts of infestations including mosquitoes, wood-destroying organisms, and even bothersome urban wildlife.
Additionally, topics like handling pest management in food processing environments are also covered. The rigorous course is designed for service technicians like Kevin as well as food service workers who need to be intimately familiar with how to prevent and deal with pest problems.
