In addition to it’s annual iFund Christmas Campaign benefitting the Surrey Christmas Bureau, this year the company is also making several donations of $1,000 through its iFunds Cares Campaign to other organizations, such as their recent contribution to the BC SPCA.
Making the BC SPCA the first recipient of these additional donations from iFund Cares was an easy choice for the company, where employee’s four- legged friends can often be found supervising their two- legged counterparts. iFund Lending President, Michael Duffy, is the proud parent to two dogs rescued from the BC SPCA, Joe and Bob, who found a loving home with him and often tag along with him to work. Joe even accompanied two members of the company to present the cheque when they dropped it off at his old home.
While the company continues to expand their generosity through the iFund Cares Campaign to organizations such as the BC SPCA, for the past six years the company has also proudly been one of the largest contributors to the Surrey Christmas Bureau. Through it’s annual iFund Christmas Campaign the company has raised thousands of dollars for the Bureau, matching donations made by others to the campaign. Last year alone the campaign raised $35,000 of which $15,000 was contributed directly from the company.
