Michael Healey’s series “Simple Beauty” is a celebration of the simple beauty found in the world around us. According to Healey, “Looking through the lens of my camera, I realized how beautiful our world really is. Whether shooting a picture of a wave crashing on a beach in Maine, a broken-down barn in late October, or my daughter jumping on a trampoline, my camera reminds me to focus on the simple beauty present in the here and now of everyday life.”
The Simple Beauty landscape photography series is an exhibition of nature photos taken in and around the Ballston Spa, Saratoga, and Vermont regions.
Michael Healey, owner of Mill Rock Photography, lives in Ballston Spa, New York. Regarding his “Simple Beauty” series, Healey said, “Most photographs in this series are are landscape prints from the Ballston Spa and Saratoga County area. It is nice to be able to show my first series of photographs in the town I live and where the pictures were taken.”
