Study Reveals Aluminum Causes Male Fertility Problems

(Newswire.net — December 12, 2014) Alicante, Alicante — The Science Daily has recently reported that with human exposure to aluminium having increased significantly over recent years, experts are now saying they have discovered a significant contamination of male semen by aluminium, and concluding that aluminium was no doubt a potential contributor to such changes in reproductive fertility. Scientists in the UK and France suggest through their research that any exposure to aluminium could be quite a significant factor towards reducing a male’s sperm count, which would lead to a reduced male fertility problem.

Fluorescence microscopy using an aluminium-specific stain was used by a team of scientists collaborating from the university of Lyon and Saint-Etienne in France and the university of Keele in the UK, who have managed to confirm the presence of aluminium in inside individual semen, as well as proving that higher levels of aluminium produce a lower sperm count.

Research scientists Professor Christopher Exley and Professor Michele Cottier were able to measure the content levels of aluminum in semen from 62 donors in a French clinic, with Professor Exley saying… “There’s been quite a significant rise in overall male fertility problems throughout the developed world during the few decades, especially a lowering sperm count, though previous research has always linked this shift to environmental factors like endocrine disruptors.” He added… “In contrast to the lowering fertility figures, exposure to aluminium has significantly increased during the same time period. We now believe though, that our recent study does in fact implicate that aluminium is a potential cause for such changes in reproductive fertility.”

The scientists discovered that the average aluminium content of each of the 62 donors was far too high, measuring a 339 ppb semen / aluminium content ratio, with several donors going past the 500 ppb mark. Solutions are now emerging to combat fertility problems, with Reiki sessions being highly recommended for both men and women at any stage of an assisted reproductive treatment, with the treatment helping relaxation and hormonal balance.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. but also help to promote healing. Reiki energy has been shown to increase the vital force energy that flows through us. The final result is a body that has been both balanced and detoxified as a whole, while also allowing the endocrine system and major organs to be worked on.

According to IVF-Spain, Reiki can increase the chances of becoming pregnant, as well as being very useful for individuals or couples who would like a natural conception, or for people who undergo Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART). Another benefit that Reiki provides, is to enhance male fertility as it helps to deal with erectile dysfunction and low sperm count.
