(Newswire.net — January 12, 2015) Warrenton, VA — Chuck Cornwell, owner of Warrenton’s RE/MAX Regency, is happy to announce that spring registration for its School of Real Estate has begun. On February 9, 2015, RE/MAX Regency’s third classroom real estate course for prospective agents will begin. The classes, held 6 to 10 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, will last for nine consecutive weeks and provide the knowledge necessary for the real estate licensing exam.

The first two courses that the RE/MAX Regency School of Real Estate held in 2014 were more successful than initially anticipated. Enrollment and participation are steadily growing, and the attendance rates are high. Feedback from prior students also bodes well for this upcoming third course. For instance, School of Real Estate graduate Gina Clatterbuck noted, “I just completed the classroom instruction and can say without hesitation that the instructor, Gloria Sheer MacNeil’s credentials are impeccable with 35+ years in the real estate business and the recipient of numerous awards. She is thorough and makes herself available for questions outside the classroom.”

Regency School of Real Estate students learn the ins and outs of the real estate market and are provided with the tools to become licensed agents in the field. Any motivated self-starter can enroll with an eye toward the future and dream of being one’s own boss. Those who want to take that first step toward independence and success within the real estate industry can enroll for the Principles and Practices of Real Estate course online and conveniently pay through PayPal. All educational materials are included and will be provided upon registration.

RE/MAX Regency prides itself not just on the quality of its instructors but also in the affordability and convenience of the instruction. The course is available both on site and online, and virtually anyone can afford to enroll at the low price of $99. Other educational opportunities for licensed real estate agents are also available through RE/MAX Regency’s School of Real Estate. The Momentum Sales Consultant Business Plan training will be offered throughout January and February for our agents and other interested agents free of charge.
