(Newswire.net — January 22, 2015) St. Petersburg, Florida —  A notice of allowance was issued to Overactive Bladder Specialist Justin Mandel, DOM AP for his second patent by the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on January 14th, 2015.  This most recent communication received from the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office specifically stated, “Notice of Allowance and Fee(s) due”.  It went on to state that this second patent will be fully issued as of April 14th, 2015.  His first patent was issued for his Bladder RE-EXPANSION Technique procedure on December 24th, 2013.

These two important patents will ultimately serve to benefit people who suffer from excessive needless bathroom habits due to frequent urination that takes place.  The Bladder RE-EXPANSION Technique® patented procedure is the first to help minimize or eliminate frequent urination by rehabilitating what surrounds the bladder instead of focusing on the bladder itself as with all other previous forms of treatment.

Acupuncture physician Justin Mandel, DOM AP the inventor of the Bladder RE-EXPANSION Technique® had this to say about the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office’s decision, “I am very pleased that the USPTO has decided to issue me this second patent.  Their decision helps to add some more fuel to this exciting project that has the capacity to ultimately help millions of people world-wide who suffer from going to the bathroom with abnormal high frequency.

If this is any indication of what the rest of 2015 has in store for this project then I greatly look forward to seeing what the ultimate outcome of it will be.  We have already seen some fairly impressive medical research take place very recently and one of our new websites is coming online.  This website will allow encrypted telemedicine consultations to take place for anyone world-wide who is needlessly suffering from increased urinary frequency and wants a convenient consultation with me to see if they might be a candidate for my procedure.  There are several other additional updates that will be released in the near future so anyone with interest should be aware that some very exciting things are about to take place.”
