Unlike some other companies, Thinnes says she does not stop producing items if customers still want them. “If customers like something, it does not matter if it is this years’ style or not,” says Thinnes. “We will keep making that item as long as customers request it.” The company also offers e-design capabilities so that all orders can be taken and created online.
