Optix’s Big Move Will Improve Patient Experience at Eye Doctor

Optix is building a larger and more sophisticated office to improve patient care and comfort. This new office will be easy to find for all the current patients as it is right next door to their old office on S. Oyster Bay Rd in Plainview. Only now Optix will match the exceptional optometry services provided by their staff with a more comfortable and convenient environment for their patients.

Expanded hours at Optix family eyecare will allow the Optometry staff to help more of Long Island with their Eye health needs.  The optometrists are highly trained and are required to take numerous hours of continuing education for both medical eye care and optical vision correction. They specialize in the diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of eye disease, contact lenses fittings and eyeglass prescriptions; all for your vision correction and protection. The NY State licensed opticians and optical staff who work at Optix receive additional training by the doctors and attend continuing education seminars in-house, online and at conferences to assure the finest patient experience.
