(Newswire.net — October 10, 2015) — Wholesome activity website Never Be Bored will feature Scott Tucker’s “Rainwater Collection Container Recycling Event.” The event, which collects gently used rainwater receptacles, is for Dallas, TX area residents who wish for their rainwater receptacles to be recycled rather than thrown away.
“We think what Tucker is doing will really make an impact,” says Never Be Bored editor Amy Dune. “I had a rainwater receptacle that I wasn’t using once and when I moved I just left it at my old place, it’s great that there is now a place where people can recycle them instead. The event will make a difference in the lives of people who can really use the help.”
Local refreshments and vegan gluten-free snacks will be catered at the event by local restaurants who will donate the food at no cost to anybody recycling a rainwater collection device. An environmental safety expert will be present at the event to check all donations for quality and safety before they are accepted by Tucker for recycling.
“This event will last all weekend so I hope that people spread the word and we get a lot of donations,” says Tucker. “And I think that we will get more than we can handle. But the people who need these rainwater collection containers won’t complain when they get them, I know that this project will directly impact the lives of a lot of people and it’s why I’ll take every donation I can get.”
Never Be Bored will spotlight “Rainwater Collection Container Recycling Event” in October. The website recently published an article covering Scott Tucker and his rainwater collection container recycling project.
