Founded in 1982, Rome and Dora started the company that bears his name from a start-up effort in their living room to support their growing family. “Back then, we only had one technician—me,” says Rome. “Dora was the receptionist, scheduled the appointments and handled the accounting. We were a marketing effort of two–wherever we went, we passed out business cards. I remember the faith it took to buy our first print ad, and the determination it took to get out of bed at all hours of the night to serve our customers. Our business grew as customers blessed us with their referrals to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.”
