Will Brexit Create a Negative Impact On UK Cellular?

(Newswire.net — July 26, 2016) Docklands, VIC — While the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union may have satisfied the 51.9% of those who voted to leave, the cell phone companies Samsung, LG, and Acer are not among those who are in favor. As things stand, Samsung and LG have seen sales in the EU drop over the years. From 2013 to 2015, Samsung’s European sales fell from 21.2 to 12.8 percent of its total sales, while LG’s European sales dropped from 11.2 to 10.3 percent of its overall sales. Both companies have already seen decreasing sales in the EU.

According to Digitaltrends.com, these drops in sales have reportedly been compounded by “Brexit,” the campaign that pushed for Britain’s exit from the EU. Even though it will take at least another two years for the decision to be implemented, Samsung, LG, and Acer are allegedly concerned that their European-made products will be subject to tariffs once they make their way to the U.K. market.

The devastating sales rate for out of country products within the UK does not bode well for the economy or business. The process of Brexit is proposed to take a couple of years, so we have yet to see the full impact on these businesses.

“The digital age is not only changing the marketplace and the way we do business; it is also dictating how we actually adapt to new rules and new contexts. How we think about our markets and business, along with designing and delivering in the digital era, is fundamentally different. Old ways of operating and transforming business are too linear and too slow for a dynamically changing marketplace. A new way of thinking, designing and delivering transformation is now required” says Tracey Pennington, the author of the new book A New Way of Thinking, which shows you a new way of looking at your business in the digital age.

“In an environment of rapid change, fundamental mistakes can cost you your customers, your revenue and possibly even your business. In our disruptive digital age, businesses must not only be agile and able to adapt quickly, but must think differently about how they introduce change to survive and thrive,” states Pennington.

Having a business in the digital age means that you constantly have to adapt to the constant innovations that are happening within the world of technology. Luckily, Tracey Pennington has found a solution, her Amazon, Best Selling book A New Way of Thinking, helps businesses to adapt and transform in the digital age. “The focus of this eBook is to introduce a new way of thinking — Quantum Intellect™ (Qi) and the Qi Mindset. We will discuss why having a Qi Mindset is important in the digital age, and how you can start to think differently about organizational transformation,” explains Pennington.

A New Way of Thinking is a game changer in a world that is constantly changing. It provides an innovative guide to keeping your business relevant in the digital world. A recent Amazon Best Seller, this book will not only give a fresh perspective on business, but may permanently impact your own business for years to come.
