Tee time for the event is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. The proceeds from this charitable event benefit classroom programs in the schools in the Tempe Union High School District.
The Tempe Union High Schools Education Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides funding to area schools for programs that benefit the educational experience. It provides grants up to $1,500 to fund innovative projects based upon proposals submitted by teachers. It also administers scholarship programs to benefit students in schools in the Tempe community.
