(Newswire.net — November 14, 2015) — The French government deployed antiterrorist forces and their army to maintain order after a series of attacks by Islamic terrorists that left Paris in shock. At least 150 people were killed in the six coordinated attacks, all in one night, Friday November 13th.

French President Francois Holland addressed the nation asking people to stay off the streets as a state of national emergency has been declared.

Unfortunately, this is Europe’s new reality, officials say agreeing that terrorist attacks in Europe have become a common thing, especially in Paris. This time, it was the largest attack since World War II, at least 153 people were killed in one night. The largest of the six attacks happened at the Batacamp Theatre in the middle of a Heavy Metal concert, filled with more than 1000 young people.

Witnesses reported that the attackers were armed with AK-47 assault rifles and they were not masked which indicates they were on a suicide mission. “They just walked in and started shooting randomly at people,” one witness told the reporters. “People dropped on the ground, and terrorists just executed them while they were on the ground,” he said with a tremor in his voice.

“It was some half an hour after the concert begun,” a witness told CNN, explaining that he first heard sounds like firecrackers and when he turned he saw two guys with rifles shooting at the people.

According to other witnesses who managed to see the attacker’s faces, the terrorists were young man, no more than 20-years-old.

Meanwhile, nearby at the Saint-Denis soccer arena, France was playing against the world’s soccer champion Germany. Suddenly, a large explosion was heard as one terrorist executed a suicide bomb attack in the crowd. The attack created chaos and people stormed to the terrain. At the time of the attack, the French President Holland was present at the arena watching the game.

The attacks were carefully planned and executed which indicates a strong organized terrorist cell that operates in Paris. President Holland called for unity saying the attacks were the acts of cowards. “France is strong,” he said adding that France is at war.

According to French officials, at least:
112 were killed at the Bataclan theater.
14 were killed at Rue Bichat at the site of the Le Petit Cambodge restaurant, in the 10th district.
19 died at Rue de Charonne in the 11th district, outside a bar called La Belle Equipe.
Four were killed at Avenue de la Republique, in the 10th district.
Four others died outside the Stade de France, in Saint-Denis, north of Paris.
