This latest release marks Christakos’ fourth fun facts trivia book for kids, which she wrote to educate and entertain young readers.

When kids learn facts on various subjects – from science and nature to art and history it helps them feel smart, and helps to boost their confidence. Trivia can also help kids develop their critical-thinking skills.

“Did You Know? Fun Facts for Kids,” features a simple layout. Each page contains a fun trivia fact, accompanied by a colorful illustration. The book includes fun and unusual trivia facts about animals, the human body, and even rubber bands and traffic lights.

Both the ebook version and the paperback edition of the children’s trivia book, which is 92 pages long, will keep little hands and minds busy at home, during car trips or while waiting at the doctor’s office.

Christakos is not only an author, but also an entrepreneur and personal business coach. She began writing as a child, while she was in and out of hospitals. Creating stories and developing amazing new worlds helped take her mind off medical treatments and procedures. She is currently creating a training course called Non Fiction Publishing Alpha, which teaches students how to quickly create non-fiction books.

“Trivia for kids is not just a fun game,” Allie Finkel, a licensed clinical social worker and co-owner of Kids Mind Therapy in New York City told Parents.com. “It’s also a great way to test their knowledge about various topics, teach them information about the world, and serves as a way to engage them.”
