The shells of Pilloo’s custom pillows are made using a combination of polyester and soft velvet, while the filling is high-quality stuffing material. The pillows are all handcrafted by Pilloo’s design team, which cuts, sews, and prints each pillow individually from their Montreal studio.
For printing, Pilloo uses an advanced sublimation technique where the designs are transferred onto the pillows using inks and heat. This method produces designs that are much clearer and last longer than traditional printing techniques.
